This website is one of the most informative of the outsider artist Augastin Lesage who is one of my biggest inspirations. It's been difficult to find information on him because he wasn't seen as a legitimate artist because of his lack of formal training, the visual attributes of his art and the fact he produced art for himself as appose to other artists who produced for commissions or shows.
His relation to the spiritual world is fascinating and how he translated it to a visual form is amazing.
